Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Message

The purpose of the NSS is “EDUCATION THROUGH SERVICE”. NSS helps students to grow confidently, and gain knowledge, it develops leadership qualities to work with different people in society. In NSS students learn various skills and ideas to better perform in their life as well as for the betterment of society.

The ideological orientation of the NSS is inspired by the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi. The slogan of NSS is “NOT ME, BUT YOU”. That shows an NSS student places the ‘community’ before ‘self’, also it reflects the passion for selfless service, dedication to community engagement, and social commitment to social harmony.  

NSS students can play a vital role to increase social unity without any kind of discrimination in society. They can play a helping hand at the time of any situation of natural disaster. They can help society to spread awareness about various types of government schemes, policies, and the welfare of society. 

So our motto of NSS is to improve students as good leaders, motivators, social reformers, and better citizens of the country.
